Henry Paton born parish Dollar Clackmannanshire county Scotland about 1851 - father John Paton occupation carpenter and Jane Gibson his mother. On 30th May 1874 Henry was entered into the Freemason Lodge St Andrew No 465 Glasgow Scotland. The 4th June 1874 Henry sailed from Greenock (Glasgow) to Lyttelton New Zealand on the ship 'Canterbury'. It was her maiden voyage and he was age 24 occupation ploughman from the district of Clackmannan.

Born 9 October 1926 Wellington New Zealand. Parents Henry (Harry) Paton and Annie Alison nee Christie.
Siblings Noeline, Henry Mckinlay, Gibson Douglas and Molly.
Died age 78 on 23 November 2004 at Invercargill New Zealand. Cremated and ashes scattered.
Eris lived Wellington where she went to school later moved to Dunedin where she worked and continued with sports. She worked Southland Hospital as a histologist until retirement.
